Age old tropes with tons of plot holes and conflicting concepts. The action scenes are decent enough. The social justice play of minority stereotypes and “white” stereotypes only takes away from the overall story. The main character’s justifications for journeying on this quest are mediocre at best. The literal best and most interesting part of the movie was the final ending sequence. There are better ways to waste 2 hours of your time but if you want to stay up to date with an ever-changing Transformers storyline then go ahead and watch it.
