We have watched CBS Morning News for years. It was best with Charlie Rose, Nora O’Donnel and Gail King. Nora, Gail and John Dickerson was quality news as well. The current cast is fine, although Gail (who we really like) is not exactly who we might expect as the lead news person. Tony D is solid and Nate B is impressive. Our problem, which is causing us to search for a new outlet, is the stories that are featured and repeated for days. Latest example, Antonio Brown and his walking out on a game in progress. This story, which would be best left alone or reported on once, has been run everyday this week. Russia is ready to attack Ukraine and the Brown incident gets as much attention. I understand trying to get a larger audience but turning a news show into whatever this new format is - is likely to cause as much loss as gain.
