When was the last time an audience clapped because the film was so good. I cannot remember. Austin was ‘AMAZING’. He captured everything he could to be like Elvis. His voice, his moves, and of course the singing. There was a point where my husband and I actually thought that was the real Elvis singing at the very end. The only way I could tell it was Austin was because of his teeth. Austin deserves an Oscar for such a Great performance. My husband and I were spellbound so much that you were just focused on the screen, not wanting to miss anything. As I am in my 70’s , I remember Elvis so much. He had such a kind face and a twinkle in his eye, and that smile. This film is well worth watching, in fact I would watch it again. I loved how they captured his early life and how he got started from singing Gospel, and the soul from being around B.B King. I actually did not know that he was sent to be in the Army or be in prison because of his moves. I learnt something I did not know. If I could give more than five stars I would, the movie was that good.
