Solid, entertaining slasher flick with a retro feel and good cast. The story is originally surprising and not easily figured out from the start. Twists to the end keep the audience engaged and guessing. We enjoyed it from the beginning.

As a Bob Odenkirk fan, I was intrigued to watch. I started the movie and 10 minutes later it was over. Non stop action that never lets up or disappoints with a solid soundtrack (Pat Benatar so good) Nobody does not not disappoint as a fun, loud and feel good ride.

This modern day Dr Strangelove with an all star cast grabs the viewer early and doesn’t let go at 2+ hours. The reviews are unfairly harsh as it seems only a top ten of all time would have resulted in acclaim. Not sure why it is being hated, but maybe the critics are upset that it’s on Netflix and they can’t rack up their expense account to see it.

Never dull even when it seems so, Malignant’s reveal more than makes up for the hokey acting. But if you’re watching this for acting, WTH? This shocker keeps you involved for all of it, and even the veteran fan may be surprised. Destined for cult status, Malignant is a can’t miss for.
