I don't understand where all the negative comments are coming from. I understand that there was a few flaws like the opening scene where the ships hit land and then 10 minutes later it's deep blue water for the main character to land in and then it's shallow water another 2 minutes later but ignoring the small oversights like that the film itself was brilliant. This is the most enjoyment I've had from a movie for years. I might be slightly bias as I love all things roman but the film itself was great sequel to gladiator and it was thoroughly entertaining with a great cast, great acting and a good story all the way through. Thoroughly recommend!
