I bought this book many many yrs ago for my mother. Would I be right in saying around 40yrs ago as a gift for my mother. We had no idea about Africa then except what we saw in books. This book bought my mom much joy I often caught her looking through it and she would read out paragraphs to me. I would have loved to take my mother to Africa especially to see the White Lions she was born in 1920 and she said Africa was always a dream to her, she died in 2020 at 100yrs but we never made it to Africa. If you read this book your heart will yearn for that beautiful country.
