I'm thoroughly enjoying Superfans, (only on chapter 6 at the moment, slowly working my way through it.) Pat gives you PRACTICAL ways to engage with your people on a deeper more meaningful level, making bigger fans out of them, and making your work more enjoyable in the process! I want to race through the book, but then again, I don't want to miss a thing!
