Another gem discovery! I wonder why this series seems so underrated. I don't even see it being reposted or shared on SMs. This series, IMO, has one of the purest, most genuine, forgiving, and longing love that surpasses time, life, and death. You'll wish to have a Do-ha in real life after watching this! This is actually my first time watching a series of Kim Young Dae and Pyo Ye Jin. I have seen KYD in Shooting Stars but unfortunately, I dropped it after seeing the first 2 episodes. I started watching Moon in the Day without even knowing who are the main leads. And after finishing the 14 episodes, I must say that KYD is at his best when portraying a character in historical and serious dramas than light and funny characters. His visuals, especially his eyes, is really captivating. His voice too and the way he delivered his lines as Do-Ha are definitely one of the best I heard from K-actors who acted in historical dramas. I could also notice the differences between the two characters he was portraying (Do-ha and Jun-oh). KYD definitely nailed this one. PYJ's visuals is kinda subpar compared to KYD, but I must say that she did a good job portraying Young-hwa and Ri-ta. She looked prettier though in old/traditional look. She also has this light and kind aura in her, maybe that's why she's kind of awkward in some of their kissing scenes. Aside from the leads, the actors who portrayed as the modern evil guy was also very good. His looks and acting definitely suit the evil energy that the character needs to show. I also like the soundtracks used throughout the series esp Stay with Me, Scattered, Eternal, Your Breath, and Like Moon in the Day. The productions too are obviously high-quality and well-done. ‼️SPOILER‼️ As much as I would like them to give Young-hwa the usual happy, romantic ending in her lifetime, I like that the directors/writers didn't make Jun-oh fell in love with Young-hwa after Do-ha left his body. Bc after all, they were different souls, just have the same look/appearance. Instead, they simply showed another reincarnation of the two (YH and DH) in another time, and we know that this time, they can finally have their long, happy ending. ---End of Spoiler---- The ending gave me a bittersweet feeling which usually makes me remember a series more ♡

I just finished watching "Misaeng/Incomplete Life" on Netflix. It's a slow-burn show, so some people might get bored in the first few episodes, but it'll grow on you as you get to know the main character (Geu-rae). I couldn't help but root for him and the whole Sales Team 3. The main actors were great and really convincing, especially Mr. Oh (LSM) and Geu-rae (ISW). Seok-yul (BYH) was fun as a gossipy yet really sweet and sensitive friend, and KDM/Dong-shik's loyalty to Mr. Oh was impressive. Character developments are also seen throughout the series. If you like quiet, slow dramas with depth and a touch of reality, especially about the sales or corporate world, you'll enjoy this. It's one of the few kdramas with hardly any romance, so as a rom-com fan, I was quite surprised I finished it. ❗SPOILER❗ I liked that the show ended in a way that wasn’t the usual overly happy ending. It had a happy ending but with a dose of reality. Some issues, like the bad characters, bullying, and discrimination, weren't fully resolved, and some relationships, like Young-Yi's with his dad and former boss, were left open. I'd like to think that they did this to reflect real life, where not everything gets wrapped up neatly. However, I didn't like the last 20 minutes where Geu-rae was in Jordan. It felt forced and out of place, almost like a different show. It seemed weird for Geu-rae, who’s been introverted and shy, to suddenly be like an action star in an action adventure movie. I think the show would have been better ending with the reunion of Sales Team 3.
