The movie is too simple to be a thriller. Unique plot, masterful acting, definitely psychological - but not a thriller in any sense. Doesn't have a "twist" in it. The movie literally gives the entire plot away and dismantles the mystery before it even begins in the first 25 minutes. A guy hearing voices + vividly imaging the experiences + getting no visuals on the cameras = the guy is the voices he is hearing.
