Honest, raw and truly captures the humanity of the journey these smart
and funny people! Luke was brilliant to capture his story. For people like myself that grew up during the 70's when everything that came along , we had two choices, sit it out, go along! Back then everyone was in the moment and had to think on there feet. l believe that if you look at those times and you don't own it because of guilt and shame or whatever then you wont be able to celebrate all those survival skills and what you learned. But most of all, Kim is right, its all about the love and bonds you make with the people who road that ride with you! The music, the dancing, the memories! Way to go Luke! Doing this for these for your Mom and company gave her a powerful full circle moment and healed the rest....., I only wish she lived closer! I loved this movie, it brought me back......respectfully Gayla Jo Buringrud circa 1957, native Californian and 70's party girl! drug of choice.....mushrooms!
