Honestly speaking, the plot is dull and boring, especially compared with similiar theme movies like Saving Private Ryan.
Good depict of the brutality of war(general war, not so much WWI exclusive materials to be exact), but that's all attractive points.

Good adaption of original music drama.
The plot of this movie is a bit difficult to understand, but this is should not be the focus of watching a musical movie.
The music, songs, and effects are super nice, and that is what worth watching.
