It's a great reference for those reading never split the difference. The book references the work of this author. This book feels what a college course in negotiations would look like... just more effective. There are some points that I don't fully agree. Which in itself holds a value to be able to see other perspective when negotiating. I've been told by other negotiators that Chapter 7-11 are the best one. I highly encourage to get this book, the cover material is great quality.
