I read this book in 2017, I was really interested by the content, I decided to put my efforts into the thought process. As I turn 40 next year, I find myself talking about this book at least once a month to people that ask my how I maintain strength at my age. I truly thank Michael for having such a positive impact on my life, knowledge I pass onto so many others. I hope one day he gets to read this and realise that he’s had a positive lasting impact on someone’s life!
