After reading many books on the subject and being a beekeeper for 7 years I have to say this book has been totally useless and a waste of time for me. Besides the many factual falsehoods and trivial drivel, the book promotes a hive that nobody in Europe or here in the US actually employs. The obvious advantage of movable frames of the Langstroth hive (Dadant and many european frame dimensions are overwhelmingly clear. The title is a joke, this "idle" low effort method is anything but that. I quit reading through the last 3rd of the book. The guy is a total amateur who has convinced some obscure publisher that his oevre is worth printing. It is not.
