Dr. Li first changed my life with his Ted talk when I was 25 and had been treated for cancer. I couldn’t wait to read this book as I’d gained weight from stress and trauma. Not only is it fascinating, but it gives me so much hope that I don’t have to restrict so much, but can instead fill myself with amazing nutrition and lose weight while boosting my metabolism and increasing my metabolism.
