Angel Sink

Let me start by saying that I don'[t normally write bad reviews, because I feel like everyone should have a chance to make up their own opinion about a game. I don't even read reviews normally because my opinion may be very different from someone else's. I'm writing this one because I'm sad and so let down. My first AC game was Origins, so I have pretty high expectations from Ubisoft. I was so excited for Mirage to come out, I can respect the game, because I love the series, But this game was the biggest let down and disappointment. First of all I finished the game in less than a week, and that is with working a full time job. The only reason it took that long was because of how ridiculously difficult they made some of the rooms to get into. It felt like they were trying to make the game longer by driving you crazy trying to get into rooms where your gear chest were. Half the fun in AC is climbing to incredible heights so that your can see the beautiful cities from up above. And of course just the pure fun of being able to climb and par-core all over the place. With Mirage you lost all of that. The fighting mechanics were also a let down. I didn't notice a much of a difference between the upgrades or the different swords. And because the schematics where so difficult or should I say anticlimactic to obtain, I didn't even bother to upgrade most of them once I had one set fully upgraded. When you are used to getting games like Odyssey and Valhalla, Mirage just kinda broke my heart. I will make sure to read reviews on the next AC before I blindly trust in the game franchise again. I have played $20.00 games on STEAM and enjoyed them better. Please do better Ubi!!!
