Waiting for bus to Chicago from Baltimore may 19. 2023 8:30 am they late 12:30 pm then after 12:30 no response no update for delay, any other bus came (3:20 pm)name bolt bus took from Baltimore to Pittsburgh (6:30) instead of Toledo, 7 hours no bus no available ride, after 3 buses change got to toledo oh at next day morning 9 o'clock. worst experience specially for senior citizen
