This book shows the value of early intervention in autism. Through various programs Ann was able to not only overcome the problems associated with autism (noises etc) but was able to explain how she felt before. Unfortunately I have not found anyone who offers these programs and I do not have the money to pay for each of them privately. Ann's parents spent a lot of money and even travelled abroad to get the help needed to assist Ann.
