Started (encouragingly) horrifically. Continued in a random yukky crime scene manner, without making much sense. Lead detective character was sooo irritating to watch, wtf us it with constant puffing on a cigarette and slurping spirits? Supposed to denote " tough cop" ?? Denotes loser lush ..... OK plot/ dream sequence idea, but I'm afraid bad writing , weak supporting characters ( cast deserved so much better) and a failed nonsensical reveal meant it just dribbled away into , we'll nothing really. Could-a would-a should-a been gripping and terrifying.it wasn't and it.appeared to be made purely to shock.American ugly.....another wasted nights'viewing
