Truly inspiring. Although you know the outcomes (they wouldn't be making a movie about losers!), there are continually moments of suspense. Only the final scene was confusing and could have benefited from some scenes of explanation and detail.

One of the best movies my wife and I have seen in years. Filled with nuance and tapestry about family, love, the power of ideology on the average citizen in our variety of roles, genders, ages, heritages, etc.. A brilliant movie. I look forward to seeing it again.

There was some redeeming value in its glimpses of Chinese gang culture, but overall I've rarely experienced such a gap between reviews and my personal experience. Everyone in the lobby and restrooms my wife and I frequented after the movie--including ourselves--found the movie tedious.
