I felt like I was watching a cheesy British version of the “Twilight Saga”. Kristen’s performance did not come across as Our beloved Ladi Di at all. I kept thinking she was a cross over between Harmione from Harry Potter and Bella from Twilight. Her acting simply painful to watch. I turned off after 10 mins of this forceful somber narrative with bad directing and casting. Not a hit, just a miss.

The 1st episode really got my attention, because of the plot and Cast...however by 3rd episode...the excessive close ups of Nicole Kidman’s repetitive weird frozen face...became a “buzz kill”. She managed to ruin some pretty strong dramatic scenes with Southerland and surprisingly - with Grant too! Now imagine Sandra Bullock playing her part👌👍
