Whenever I suffer from any depression, mental agony or restlessness I resort to This Book. I find all answer of my life in the writings of Paramhansa Yogananda. As was rightly said by Gurumaharaj Shyamacharan Lahiri , Yoganandaji's work will keep on enlightening thousands of souls in the spiritual path and help them to reach the final Realization.

What else can I tell about this book, probably the best ever creation by Sister Nivedita about her Guru , Swami Vivekananda. Swamiji was a self Realized man like Jesus Christ , Ramkrishna Paramhansa , Kabir , Ma Anandamoyee ma, Yogiraj Shymacharan Lahiri and Guru Nanak. He had an enormous spiritual power which he largely utilized in awakening the common people from their ignorance and as well established the greatness of Hinduism in the western world.Swamiji was a shelter to thousands of soul looked for spiritual guidance and development. The devoted deciple Nivedita had seen Swamiji from a close corner and elaborated various spiritual manifestations of his guru which help us to understand swamiji and the vast magnitude of his spiritual attainment from time to time.
