I would give this movie 2.5 stars, but Guy Ritchie made, he's brilliant, this movie is not. So because of that it gets 1. His worst movie ever. Just so many cheesy, poorly placed things, aweful dialogues, little writer and director choices and choices the characters make that could've made it so much better, or least not aweful. I rolled my eyes way to many times. It was moderatly entertaining, but I'd pass, and watch any other of his movies you haven't seen before this one. He could of so simply made this a million times better.

Fountain of Youth

What an awful movie! Way too long. Should've been an hour shorter. Character's and the whole thing are way too melodramatic. I'm a Spielberg fan, but this was just junk. Going no where. It took sooooo long to bring us home, and to what? There were a few nice moments. Maybe it deserves two stars. But after all that time wasted no way. Everyone gave it such great reviews. I don't understand how this got over 5/10 on IMDB. Really awful disappointing movie. They should've just made a full biopic retrospective of his life. Steven c'mon! You're much better than this, and so is your story. Oy vey!

The Fabelmans

The first 2/3 is great. The rest sucks. Very well written and then she just twisted the characters, turned a character whose not smart into a coward... Not the same thing. The character choices, where took the book, made me throw it away when I was finished. Don't mind the disturbing stuff, though there was some twisted pedifilic scenes. But she really just took this wierd warm twisted heart wrenching and soothing story and just made a big old drama mess of it just cause she could, not because she was clear on how wanted the audience to feel, or the characters to grow. The first 2/3 is great but the the last 1/3 sucks so bad I just Don't recommend getting lost in it unless your a writer looking to do a case study and learn from both her strengths and strong mistakes.
