This is a movie to see on the big screen, and the bigger the screen the better. I’ve seen Cabrini twice and preferred my experience in the theater with the largest screen. I agree with criticisms that there was no mention of Cabrini’s faith in God et al. Surely she was a devout Catholic nun driven by her faith and doing the work of God would have been her driving force. So they missed the mark on that, and a big miss it is. But I enjoyed the film nonetheless. Mother Cabrini’s story is nothing short of inspiring, strength of will and conviction, and triumph against all odds — we need more biopics like this. BTW If you think that you cannot afford the movies nowadays then Angel Studios pay it forward program may give you free tickets. Patrons pay it forward by paying for your ticket(s).
