I have never played the other games from the developer, but I might after I experience this entire game. Is it hard? Yes. Was this done on purpose? From what read absolutely yes. Every single part of this game, even areas with limited enemies, is in high forms of detail even the small items are in detail. Each section has its own vibe, difficulty, and mystery. Buying this game is worth every penny. Play without help until you get frustrated and want to quit, then go to the internets and type “elden ring whatever you seek” and there is someone who has found what your looking for. It’s like god of war without its glorious puzzles, but you can ride your horse for hours and still find places after 2 weeks of gameplay that you missed. It is amazing how more detailed grid searches often times turn up secret passes or fake walls the lead to bosses with loot. Buy. Play. Enjoy. Orrrrr your money back.
