I like the hosts and this show is entertaining but the designs and permanent materials are cheap and often not quality or upscale aligned with the budgets. If you have a $600,000 budget, an en-suite should at least have a free standing tub! Lighting pieces are cheap. Also, Consistently there aren’t any truly ‘custom’ pieces included in the designs. No carpentry custom pieces are ever designed like built-in coffee bars (instead of cheap one on rollers) or custom mud rooms. Built in items (lighting) should be higher quality. Homes often look cheap.

Unfortunately, this shows needs help. Lots of help. Heather should not be flipping homes but should just support Tarek with luxury sales pricing, which is her expertise. She’s out of her element trying to make design choices and having to actually hire a designer. The dog! Stop taking that ‘untrained’ dog into brand new homes. Totally unprofessional! It’s shameful and unsanitary to let a dog jump on furniture, poop in staged homes, and run around on its on. The dog needs training and should be left at home when Heather and Tarek are working on homes, let alone reviewing staging a property for sale. The show needs refocusing.

Christina’s voice is still annoying. She whines as she talks. She lacks creativity. Her designs ALWAYS include same white cabinets , white veined quartz tops and white backsplash. Limited creativity and now she’s doing the same basic designs in Tennessee. Please!

Mina has really good design sense. Great ideas BUT she and Karen should let professional Stagers or Designers actual design their interiors. They put TOO MUCH items/furnishings in that DON’T match—often hodgepodge. They appear to want to just fill space—often mix match overkill. Great builders. Terrible interior designers. Should use professionals for that. Also budgets seem very high for quality of finishes and final product.
