From this guys perspective it's just mildly entertaining. Kept waiting for something to push it over the edge into good, it just never happened. Some of the reviews here are way over the top. You'd think it's a must see. It's not. Look I understand the metaphors but will you? That's the question. My only thought I wish to express is the REAL treasure lies within. Lets also not forget the deadly sin references. Now from the animal side of me.....the violence was weak and almost thought there was going to be a good sex scene, but that was weak too. And that's from a guys perspective.

It's just silly how this movie sells you on its theme. Of course it's science fiction. If you go into this story with no criticisms you'll find it's ok. I liked it. No nudity, a little action, costumes were silly, but what it does is spins an idea of future history and that's what makes this movie. From this guy's opinion it's worth a watch. Just don't expect too much.

It's a horror movie through the female perspective. This includes inability to cope with a tragedy correctly, leading to dependence on tech for a solve, relying on catty friends and bad judgement for love. All this recipes to ridiculous actions of the main character. Not much on scare. Doesn't include any sexiness. No action to raise an extra heart beat. From this guy's recommendation, you're better off watching your grass grow.
