This show is an incredible gift. I cannot send my appreciation to the cast and creatives more. I loved the books as a child and I love these characters and stories even more now as the show demonstrates incredible compassion, empathy, and representation in a world that sorely needs in this moment. As an adult in her 30s, I felt like the babysitters club, was in fact babysitting me as we go through these tumultuous times. This show is a balm, and could be enjoyed by a person who is 6 years old through a person in their sixties (and beyond!) I cannot wait for Season 2.
