Absolutely worth a watch. This isn’t game of thrones and should not be compared to it. Witcher has its own dynamic environment and story that is portrayed reasonably well, given only 8 episodes. Ciri, Yen, and Geralt are casted perfectly. Geralt even looks and sounds like he does in the games. For those who are new to the Witcher universe, the show may be a little confusing or hard to follow at times, though it is not hard to learn. If you are a fan of the books, or even just the games, you will love this series.
