There are crime procedurals, and then there is #Clarice Casting, dialogue, acting, cinematography, cast chemistry and diversity, POV .... it makes me analyze every room, every gesture, in ways no other procedural has. And I'm seeing Rebecca Breeds, not Jodie Foster. The show stands on its own yet it's a logical continuation of "Silence of the Lambs."
