The PG-13 rating was inaccurate. There was too much focus on suicide and how to do it - hanging, carbon monoxide, throwing yourself in front of a train, or shooting yourself. Transgenderism was also being normalized. The teacher (Otto's dead wife) was idolized for encouraging this while the child's parents were villianized for not wanting this for their child. It was a deep, dark, depressing movie pushing leftist ideologies. It was not a funny, entertaining movie as the commercial leads you to believe. I would not recommend this movie!
