For someone that had previously watched rebels, the starting few episodes were very slow and didn't introduce much new information. The plot wasn't captivating enough, and was very predictable. Thrawn was great. Huyang was good. Shin was a good inclusion. Ashoka mending relationships was a great idea for character development, but wasn't fleshed out enough to feel believable. Hera wasn't quite Hera. Ashoka didn't seem anywhere near powerful enough.
