If you look beyond the surface this movie is masterful, and at one point the character Malcom has something to say about movie critics and he is completely right!! Beyond the surface this is not a movie about Malcolm and Marie but a movie about various people around the world. Each dialogue is representing a different random individual not Malcom or Marie but anyone of us. Malcolm and Marie are just the medium being used to express our view points. It's a brilliant piece of work!!
