Epic fictional account of tombstone Arizona and the gunfight at the ok corral during the early 1880s. Great character studies, fantastic dialog.very much about the thin line between those who are hired to keep the peace and the criminal element. There is a fascinating subplot about miners who form a union and go on strike for safer working conditions and better pay. Truly a hidden gem of a book.
