Absolutely beautiful story - not only do you fall in love with the furry and not-so-furry characters (I personally had a soft spot for Jade), but also Shetland in all its glory - I never imagined the sea could be so calm up there. Connecting with nature in a respectful and non-intrusive way, showing kindness when fellow creatures need a little help and there's no one else...life affirming. I picture watching this with my little grandsons one day to fuel their curiosity and compassion, whilst teaching them restraint and respect for our fellow creatures.
