As I was reading, I couldn't see how the author could keep the story's reviting beginning going, but they did. From start to finish, I was astounded by the story, by the characters' struggles, by the thoughts provoked but this interesting concept of immortality. This is one of the best books I have read. Easily in the top 5.

The main character's obsession about boys is very irritating, and the story is slow going. I'm at page 135 and I'm going to bail.
