This is singularly the most drawn out, boring and depressed depiction of Marilyn Monroe’s’ life I have ever viewed. It shows Marilyn as a shallow, empty headed bimbo instead of a thinking human being. It becomes a bit fictional where it refers to a relationship between her, Edward G Robinson Jr Charlie Chaplin Jr. This was purely a rumor. The movie than further denigrates Marilyn in a scene with JFK. Quite disgusting and unnecessary. It fails to deliver any joy Marilyn Monroe may have found in her life, but continues to batter her memory. I found the movie very misogynistic in its approach to her life.
