This was an interesting read from the point of view of her struggles against bureaucracy to carry out the admin involved after her father passed away. As an older reader I was disappointed that there was no satisfactory conclusion. Did the estate end up with much money? Did Karatha come good economically? As a former TAFE teacher I can verify her experiences. When the Bendigo TAFE produced an org chart without mention of the word teacher, I questioned whether I was working for an educational institution. Management was unconcerned.
