I think the old time story line with the modern music was weird. But diversity was amazing in this movie. It was cute, but I wasn’t impressed with acting. Camilla is amazing, but the movie did her dirty. She has a lot of potential if the movie was produced better. It was a meh for me. I would show it to kids but I’m a full grown adult watching this. Mainly because I grew up watching the original one. This remake didn’t really fully reflect the old one. Yes I understand they tried to do a modern version, but it just wasn’t it. Costumes and set looks amazing but yeah.
