This movie was pretty good. It did have a lot of potential. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the voices don't match the lips of the characters. It gave me dubbing vibes. The voice did not match the characters. The other thing is that the story was rushed. We never saw the Mayor. I thought that he was the bad guy be we never saw him again. Also, many other characters I thought were bad it was never clear that that character is bad. This is a good story it was just to fast. I do recommend it but just know theses things in my comment.
