Seriously why wouldn’t somebody build a tower or tether a weather balloon, or a hot air balloon? In the anomaly area that everybody’s worried about! Then conduct experiments at a controlled altitude . Also why wouldn’t you do a controlled blast at the mesa no electronics just a fuse lol! Jkd!
