Seriously why wouldnโt somebody build a tower or tether a weather balloon, or a hot air balloon? In the anomaly area that everybodyโs worried about! Then conduct experiments at a controlled altitude . Also why wouldnโt you do a controlled blast at the mesa no electronics just a fuse lol! Jkd!
