I have only read 43 pages, but I have panic disorder and really struggle being in cars as that’s where I had my first panic attack and after reading the dare response I tried what it told me to do when I next feel anxious (I go numb and feel like I can’t breathe before a panic attack) and i get these feelings in the car a lot and normally try to get rid of the feeling but this time I accepted the feeling and told my self I wasn’t afraid of it and the feeling literally went after about 20 seconds and I felt so much better afterwards knowing I’m in control. Loving it so far !
