This movie touched all the bases of the Catholic hierarchy, it’s flaws and it’s integrity to do better. Benedick represents the old church and its resistance to change and maintaining its conservative movement that is taking people from the church. Francis shows a new path toward bringing people together in the light of which Christ would want. Two Popes touched upon the Pedophile fiasco while showing the frailty of how to respond. It just showed the humanistic side of the church going through a period of redemption and change that it needs and is warranted
