Quite well done but not enough to rave about. I live in Bexhill but didn't see much of it in the film.

Beautifully filmed in stunning locations where the weather contributes much to the culture. An old story sensitively acted keeping one wondering will he won't he until the end.

Bad direction, bad acting, unrealistic dialogue, wrong uniforms for a regiment that hadn't yet been created!
