Amy Harmon has a unique gift of telling a story that endears you to her characters and brings them to life. I know because I have read ALL of her books to date and just completed The Outlaw Nobel Salt. I have loved them all, but this one might be my new favorite. Having lived my life between the borders of Southern Idaho and Southern Utah, I have grown up hearing the tales of the Outlaws known as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I have heard the conspiracy theories and the speculation and gone down a few rabbit holes myself. However, I absolutely adore this version so much more than any other possibilities I have heard. (And I love Gus with all of his insecurities and strengths and intelligence and wit.) Well done once again, Amy Harmon!
