Nothing happens. They go to a series of extremely similar clubs, do drugs, and find hookups. The only semblance of a plot happens in the last fifteen minutes of the film, and the underwhelming humour isn't enough to carry the rest of the movie through its lack of story and underdeveloped characters. We know nothing about any of them, what they want, or why we should care about them, so it feels less like watching a movie and more like hearing a stranger describe their dream to you.
