Pushpa 2 Lol. They completely wasted Fahadh and pretty much everyone else in the film. The first half was somewhat okay, but the second half? What the heck was even happening? The last 45 minutes are pure nonsense. They tried to stitch together a bunch of random scenes with unwanted glamour, unnecessary slow-motion shots, and overhyped heroism. Pushpa is portrayed as this guy who doesn’t care about anything, always wearing an angry face and flaunting his ego, but for some reason, bows only to his wife — because, apparently, that’s character development?
The writing? Oh wait, there is no writing. It feels like they were making it up as they went along. Fahadh’s character, who showed so much potential in the first movie, was reduced to a joke. The dialogues were cringe, the pacing was all over the place, and the over-the-top action scenes just dragged on. Allu Arjun seemed like he was in “God mode” throughout, completely invincible and untouchable, which kills any tension.
And don’t even get me started on the forced emotional moments—they tried so hard to tug at your heartstrings, but it all felt hollow. Allu Arjun was basically like, “😹😹 Let’s throw in some ego, some rage, a little bit of family sentiment, and call it a day.” What a terrible waste of potential.
