After seeing other people's reviews I had high hopes but was left disappointed. Personally for me it was too much repeating information that was unnecessary and made it longer for no reason. Also its as if there are so many side / suspects stores to try and have a plot twist ending but the ending was boring (to me). Parts were cringy but I guess it was true to the age of the main character. One minute Pip is intelligent and speaks well next second makes stupid decisions. One part seemed almost identical to a scene from a 90s movie. I did buy the boxset perhaps I'm not the target age. I will continue to read them but in no rush, hopefully they get better.
