The acting has been strong, but I found the series to be slow with very little action compared to House of Dragons. It was hard knowing who was supposed to be someone you should be for. In fact, it was hard to distinguish between the various ‘houses’. The mothers looked like they were about 18 and in some cases younger than their royal children. Kind of boring overall with spots of action interspersed. And leaving the setup for battle at the very end seemed like a cheap way to try to bring back an audience for a new season after a lackluster first season. I didn’t bond or root for any of them except the dragons, and I probably won’t watch it into a second season.
