Without giving away any of the story line, I liked learning how each of the main characters' personalities came to fruition and evolved into the persons they are. Each character had a unique story behind themself. Throw in some terrestial and mystical beings, some fantasy, a bit of machismo, and a touch of vulnerability, and you have a fantasy book you can't put down. I can't wait for the next book to come out!
